Service Area

Vol Land Clearing is based in Anderson County and lists operators across a six county part of East Tennessee. Use the county sections below to find the category pages for your area. Not every operator serves every county, so check the counties served line on each listing, and confirm your address when you call.

Anderson County (Home Base)

Clinton, Oak Ridge, Rocky Top, Norris, Andersonville, Briceville, and Oliver Springs. Rolling wooded lots, lake area property near Norris Lake, and plenty of overgrown edges around farms and older homes.

Campbell County

La Follette, Jacksboro, Caryville, and Jellico. Steep, wooded ground is the norm here. Slope and access shape both the method an operator recommends and the price.

Union County

Maynardville, Luttrell, Plainview, and Sharps Chapel. Farms, pastures growing up in brush, and Norris Lake property. A lot of the work here is reclaiming fields and keeping fence lines open.

Northern Knox County

Powell, Halls Crossroads, Corryton, Fountain City, and Gibbs. Larger residential lots, small farms, and building sites at the county fringe, mixed in with established neighborhoods.

Scott County (Extended Coverage)

Oneida, Huntsville, Helenwood, and Winfield. Listings here are thinner because this is an extended coverage area. Some operators travel up from Anderson or Campbell County. Ask about travel or minimum job size when you call.

Roane County (Extended Coverage)

Kingston, Harriman, Rockwood, Oliver Springs, and the Watts Bar Lake shoreline. Extended coverage, with some operators traveling in from Anderson County. Lake lots and older farm property are common job types.

Outside These Counties?

Operators set their own service areas, and some travel farther for larger jobs. If your land sits just outside the counties above, it is still worth a call to operators in the nearest county.
